Wayne E. Robinson, Jr., RLA/ASLA is licensed in the state of Florida and has been practicing landscape architecture for more than a decade. His expertise in site planning, enhanced permitting, detailed design and construction administration is an invaluable resource in the transformation of a creative vision into the reality of a completed, well functioning environment. A Florida native, Wayne’s depth of experience includes comprehensive project design & development, extensive on-site management of contractors and a specialty in delivering accurate, detailed final construction documents.
C. Chad Elkins, ASLA, brings his unique creative vision to client projects through innovative art direction, design theorizing, marketing and graphic design. For commercial clients, his emphasis is designing exceptional themed environments that make solid business sense. Every GLS project is special in ways that are easily marketable to the general public, thereby enhancing the owner’s potential return on the real estate investment. A native of southern West Virginia, Chad relocated to Naples a decade ago. He has a keen understanding of the entire design process—all the way through to the ongoing marketing of a new property, based on the specific realities of a local or regional real estate market. He is a popular speaker throughout Southwest Florida on various aspects of exterior design. Chad works with regional planning initiatives, providing executive creative direction of the overall vision. For the Estero Community Plan, on eight community plans he organized and guided a process that produced thirty-five unique charrettes.
